These Coffee extensionists were first given computers and Modems to facilitate them in reporting different activities that are carried out in different areas of the country. This training was purposed to teach them how to enter relevant data appropriately.

This is online software that will enable them to feed in information from their respective zones in a more automated way and have the information consolidated and evaluated at the head quarters. 

The objectives of the training was to make them understand the Management Information System and how to use it, to initiate the testing of the MIS and start evaluating its performance, have an orderly consolidated workflow and finally identify the shortcomings of the existing MIS and propose modification.
