In order to control the rapid surge of covid-19, the government of Rwanda through a communique from the Office of Prime Minister of 29th June 2021, among other decisions, directed public offices to close and staff to work from home for two weeks, except for those providing essential services.
This is therefore, to let our stakeholders know that the following services will continue to be offered to support agriculture exports, in strict adherence to COVID-19 health guidelines:
- Coffee ware house services
- Horticulture pack house services
- Cold trucking services
- Issuance of export documents
- Export laboratory services
All correspondences should be forwarded using NAEB official email: info@naeb.gov.rw. Our secretarial offices will open on Mondays and Wednesdays for any correspondence that need physical delivery.
