“With such events, we look forward to increasing and expanding Rwandan specialty coffee in the UAE, the whole GCC and beyond,” added Ambassador Emmanuel Hategeka.
Rwanda’s high elevation and moderate climate conditions make the country an ideal place for the unique coffee growing conditions, and the beans are popping with earthy and fruity flavors. That earthy quality gives the coffee a satisfying mouth-feel, ending up with a wonderful mixture of delicate flavors and full body.
Rwanda specialty coffee is also served for free at Café & Retail in the Day light zone of the Rwanda Pavilion located in the Opportunity District of Expo 2020 Dubai.
Over 2.25 billion cups of coffee are consumed globally every day, while the global market value of the beverage is expected to see an annual growth rate of 5.5 according to Mordor Intelligence.
